Welcome to the Energy Channel of the UK Business Intelligence Network, dedicated to covering the business challenges facing the energy industry, and the use of business intelligence and information technology to address those challenges. This channel will provide insights into the variety of ways that business intelligence helps companies improve the unique challenges faced by the energy industry, from upstream E&P, midstream trading, downstream refining, as well as power generators, merchants and utilities. As market forces drive the need for change, progressive companies are recognizing that business intelligence enables a competitive edge that can positively impact bottom-line results.
